Add the almonds to a high-powered food processor. Blend the almonds until they are smooth and creamy.
Add the pumpkin pie spice and salt. Blend until everything is fully mixed and desired texture is achieved. Taste almond butter for flavor. Add more Halladay’s Pumpkin Cheesecake Mix if desired. (I typically use 3 teaspoons for a very strong flavor!)
Transfer Pumpkin Spice Almond butter to a mason jar or air tight container. Remember to refrigerate!
