Thier facility is located in Mount Holly, Vermont, a beautiful town near Ludlow and Okemo Mountain. Joann and Steve love living in Mount Holly because they believe it is a great place to raise their son, take a few powder days on their favorite ski resorts, and make the food they are so passionate about.
Adhering to strict quality and safe canning practices, recipes for all of their “acidified” foods have been tested by Cornell University’s Northeast Center for Food Entrepreneurship and are on file with the FDA.
